The Aathi Nainappan Educational and Charitable Trust was established in 2007 to memorialize Aathi Nainappan the freedom fight hero of 1790’s under the rule of Maruthu Pandiyar Kingdom in Tamilnadu against the British Empire.
After a long gap of 217 years this trust was founded for social educational and charitable objects – particularly to empower the surrounding rural village which were deprived of its livelihood resources by the planned urbanized economy of India. As a remedy to impart Technical skills and create immediate earning power to the rural youths the Trust established Technical Institutions and General Institutions.
